Shipping costs are free for orders over £120, for international countries (outside UK) it is an extra £20.

Customs are packaged very securely in postal plastic packaging alongside the original shoe boxes (if provided or bought brand new).

These are a custom pair of shoes so please handle them with care (do not scratch and peel at the paint in order to preserve the shoes). I will not repair or replace the items due to poor care. Everything is hand painted and made to order therefore all sales are definite.

I will not return shoes if they do not fit you, please make sure you know your shoe size.

ADI customs' luxurious products are hand-painted through a layering process to ensure the opacity of colours. Changes in shade and visible wear should be expected.

A little care will go a long way in protecting your hand-painted items. We advise on the following methods to protect your purchase in the best condition.

Leather

For real/synthetic leather products we recommend the use of a damp cloth to remove light stains. the use of harsh chemicals might cause discolouration and even remove the protective finisher on top of the paints and the leather. 

​

Fabric

Fabric areas should be cleaned with a damp cloth where there is a light stain. In the case that the shoe is heavily stained we recommend the use of a soft bristle brush and a mild detergent to clean it. This could be a non-coloured and non-fragranced detergent.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry any products.

Do not expose to direct heat for extended periods

All painted products are naturally prone to uniqueness in colour and texture. They should not be considered imperfections, but rather they add value to the product and cannot be claimed as fault.s

Item pricing is unique to the design, however, the pricing categories might be indicative of relative pricing depending on design elements.

Sneakers undergo a preparation process and are painted using high-quality professional leather paints and finishers which make them scratch resistant and waterproof. While they’re created to be as durable as possible, they are not made for extensive wear and tear and should be worn with care to ensure that they stay in the best condition.

Please DO NOT put your shoes in the washing machine.

1.   Each item is designed on an individual basis which means that no refunds will be offered.

2.  Whilst all items are painted to the highest quality, some natural paint texture or discolouration might be visible with extended wear.

3.  Please note that each design is replicated to the best of the artist's ability however, some colour variation may occur due to the nature of the painting. This should not be taken as a downside, but rather makes the item unique and adds the artist's signature to it.
